A leading expert in public service design and innovation. Both practitioner and an academic person with a PhD in public administration and policy, and a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration. Also, I have wide local and federal level experience in leading projects of service design, innovation labs, accelerators, customer satisfaction, happiness and needs research, mystery shopper, customer relationship management, partnership programs, service process re-engineering, service standards, and service strategy. My Key success factor is creativity, were I see myself as an entrepreneur working in a government who is professional, dedicated, and innovative team player. Ideation, individualization and creativity were always my strength, these talents helped me excel in service design and customer service in the public sector for around 20 years in Dubai UAE.

I really want to make the world a better place for ourselves and children through service design. Therefore, through my career I worked in many levels of government from free zone, shopping festivals, municipalities, executive councils and the prime minister office. I lead programs that affect all government levels and even private services specially in integrated services.

Internationally participate in service design conferences as speaker and Jury member for international service design award.
